Matchmaking for Local Training Hubs and Coding Cafes across the NL
Isolated training efforts at individual institutions are hard to sustain. This interactive session brings together Carpentries instructors, training coordinators, data stewards, and DCC leads to collaborate in Local Training Hubs and the Coding Cafe network.

Through geographic or thematic mapping and structured speed-dating, participants identify nearby institutions with complementary capacity and co-draft a concrete collaboration plan to take home.
- Know which institutions near them are actively building digital skills training capacity and are open for collaboration.
- Have had a structured conversation with at least one potential hub or coding cafe partner institution.
- Have co-drafted a one-page formation plan with a proposed hub or cafe structure and a concrete next step.
- Feel part of a broader national community working toward sustainable, collaborative digital skills training.
- Be connected to both the DC4NES and coding cafe networks for follow-up coordination via RST-NL.
