The workshop offers a space to exchange experiences and reflect on (common) assumptions, values and principles that strengthen or weaken inclusivity and ethical reflexivity in CS. By foregrounding both successful outcomes and missteps, the workshop creates a shared space where participants can safely explore what (un)successful inclusive practices in CS looks like. This workshop is relevant to anyone designing, managing or participating in participatory, community-engaged, or citizen science research.
Through self-reflection, exchanging experiences and discussing principles and approaches that strengthen inclusivity and ethical reflexivity in CS, participants increase awareness of and improvement to their own practices.
