Call for posters
The online abstract submission portal is closed since 28-06-2026 23:59 CEST. You can no longer submit a proposal for a contribution.
The National Open Science Festival 2026 will also feature a poster track, offering an accessible way to share knowledge and connect with festival visitors. Posters will be displayed in the central gathering area of the festival. You are warmly invited to submit a proposal for a poster showcasing open science initiatives, practical examples, or research outcomes in a visual format.
There will be no dedicated time slot in the programme for posters. Instead, presenters will be invited to briefly explain their posters during coffee and lunch breaks, creating opportunities for informal discussions. This format allows poster presenters to fully participate in the rest of the festival programme throughout the day.
A poster board will be available for each presenter to hang their poster. The poster size is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm / 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches). Presenters of accepted posters are kindly asked to bring their printed poster with them to the venue; there are no printing possibilities at the venue.
